“Vic has helped me create and dial in my fueling strategy, giving me the confidence to push through the most grueling patches in races, knowing that my body is better prepared than ever. In training, I’ve been able to recover faster and stay healthy and strong throughout big blocks. This has in turn helped me strike the right balance between my running endeavors and working full-time. Most importantly, Vic makes me feel seen and understood, which is very important when tackling such a challenging subject as nutrition. I genuinely look so much forward to our calls!”

About me

Through the years, I've  had the privilege of coaching some of the top athletes in trail and ultra running, cycling, ski mountaineering, and triathlon.

I know what it's like being in the trenches of training and competition, because just like you, I'm obsessed with endurance mountain sports.

I'm a registered sports dietitian, have a master's degree in public health, and a bachelor's in psychology. I started my sports nutrition career working with the student athletes at NAU, and have since coached athletes all over the world.

If I'm not ripping some singletrack or adventuring with my small family, I'm probably building something or dreaming of a bike I can't afford. Oh, and I don't really enjoy cooking and I'm on day 5,000 of eating the same oatmeal every morning.
